Terms & Conditions - the basics

Welcome to Creative Loft on Detroit! By accessing our website, attending our workshops, or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Registration

All classes, workshops, and events require prior registration.

Payments must be completed at the time of booking to secure your spot.

We reserve the right to cancel a booking if payment is not received.

2. Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 14 days before an event are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may be subject to a partial or no refund.

All Deposit are non-refundable- no exceptions

In the unlikely event that Creative Loft on Detroit cancels a workshop, you will receive a full refund or a credit for a future session.

3. Health and Safety

Participants are responsible for following all safety guidelines provided during workshops.

Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or accessibility needs prior to attending.

We reserve the right to refuse participation if safety rules are not followed.

4. Personal Belongings

Creative Loft on Detroit is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

5. Photography and Media

We may take photos or videos during events for promotional purposes.

By participating, you consent to your image being used in marketing materials.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify staff in advance.

6. Code of Conduct

We expect all participants to behave respectfully toward staff, instructors, and fellow attendees.

Harassment, disruptive behavior, or damage to studio property may result in removal from the event without a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, projects, and materials provided during workshops are for personal use only.

Reproduction or commercial use of our workshop materials without permission is prohibited.

8. Accessibility

Our studio is committed to being inclusive and accommodating individuals with disabilities. Please contact us to discuss any accessibility needs.

9. Limitation of Liability

Creative Loft on Detroit is not liable for injuries, accidents, or personal property damage incurred during participation in workshops or on studio premises, except as required by law.
