Refund Policy

At Creative Loft, we are dedicated to providing a fun, creative, and hands-on experience for all of our guests. Because of the custom and experiential nature of our workshops, events, and DIY projects, the following policies apply:

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions. Deposits secure your reservation, materials, staffing, and studio time.

Splatter Experience & Open Studio Reservations:
If a cancellation is made at least one (1) week prior to your scheduled reservation, your deposit may be transferred to a new date. Deposits will not be refunded.

Cancellations made less than one week before the reservation will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Private Parties & Events:
Deposits may be applied to a new party date if rescheduled at least two (2) weeks prior to the original event date.

If cancellation or rescheduling occurs within two weeks of the event, the deposit is forfeited.

Workshops, Events & Parties

Payments made toward workshops, private events, and parties are non-refundable. In certain cases, studio credit may be issued at the sole discretion of Creative Loft.

DIY Projects & Crafting Experiences

Creative Loft is not responsible for mistakes, accidents, or mishaps made by customers during the creation of their DIY projects.

Due to the hands-on nature of our experiences:

  • We do not offer refunds for projects that do not turn out as expected.

  • We do not offer refunds for user error, design changes, spills, breakage, or creative decisions made by the customer.

Our team is always happy to guide and assist, but the final outcome of each project is the responsibility of the creator.
